We don't get that kind of information. You'll need to check with NG support or ask someone in there chat line if thats available.
Check online etailers else were as well. Might be something out there.

Since the ORBI 770 Mesh Add-On Satellite is out of stock. Will using the Nighthawk WiFi 7 Dual-Band Extender (BE5000 WiFi 7 Extender (EXS27)) have any negative impacts on my 770 Mesh network? I am not sure whether the two products can work together without degrading each other.
So it's adding an extender to a mesh network.
Thanks,

The extender could work, in a pinch or last resort kind of thing, however won't integrate into the system like actual RBS will. Might give Amazon a go and see if that works for you.

I use an extender in my garage area to my 970 mesh network. It works well. Speeds are not the same, but for my purposes they are perfectly fine.My iPhone will get 200-300 Mbps d/l there, whereas nearby an Orbi it will get 1300-1400 Mbps. But that's fine for the garage, to have coverage. That's acceptable for almost anything I can think of, and we have at most 2 devices on it at any time - not like the devices connecting to an Orbi route or satellite.
The extender shows in your device list, but any devices attached to it do not. It does support being on the same SSID so devices will flip to it automatically. Not a bad solution, probably the cost-effective alternative. I have the AX1600.
