Transmission crashing after a couple of seconds
I've had the canonical Transmission plug-in installed on OS6 for months (the 3.0.8 that you install from the UI). Yesterday I noticed that there is a newer version on super_poussin dropbox, so I trie...
yep now install the transmission interface package :) (also in my dropbox)
can you try the new 2.92 version in my dropbox ?
I'm using this one "transmission_2.92-1_amd64.deb" from the dropbox all along....

So, this time I removed the whole Transmission share, uninstalled any previous versions via the UI.
I uploaded the new transmission deb file from the dropbox ( the one from a couple of minutes ago) and I get the following symptoms:
- UI says "installed succesfully";- No Transmissions shows up in the installed apps list.
- Transmission still shows up in the available apps to install.
- No Transmission share has been created.
Any ideas?
