4200 LACP with GS108T

well, the 1st time around it picked up 2 address now there's only one. So we're good.
But now I'm not impressed. between my server and the nas on the same switch nothing else but an uplink into the LAN I'm only getting 65Mbps? From my HTPC down stairs, I was getting 107Mbps before LACP. Between the server and the nas both have LACP, shouldn't I be getting better transfer speed?
Just tested from the HTPC and I'm still getting 105ish transfer speed so that's fine there. Must be my server but it still doesn't make any sense right now.
