I've successfully enabled LACP between the GS108T with my Server 2012 box and confirm that the connection is 2Gbe. I tried to do the same thing for the NAS but the hour clock just keeps on going and n...

right now I only have a WD Green WD10EAVS in there.
HTPC/Server = Avg 83Mbps R/W
Server/NAS = Avg 62Mbps R/W
HTPC/NAS = Avg 108Mbps R/W
The only difference I can see is the Server board only have a Sata II while the HTPC has Sata III but I don't think that's the main culprite because between the server and the HTPC I'm getting 20Mbps more and it's on cheap consumer switches.
But the Server and the NAS both 2Gbe LACP so it should be faster. I have no complaints about the HTPC since it's only a Gbe connection and at the speed, I think that's saturated already. But I'm not even getting that on the server which has 2Gbe connection.
