4GB SODIMM for ReadyNAS 316 and 314
I'd like to upgrade the memory in these two units, but have been unable to find what the SODIMM specs are. For some reason, my DIMM (in the 314) has no label, and my 316 is a busy boy and I can't shut it down right now.
Does anyone have the specs for a 4GB SODIMM that works in these two models, or better yet, a part number that they have ordered?
Thanks!

The 316 uses a DDR3 PC3-10600 1333MHz SODIMM. I believe the 314 uses the same, but I'm not sure. Max memory on both is 4GB due to the CPU's limitation.

the d2700 cpu officially supports only 4 gb of ddr3-ram, but depending on platform and bios 8gb may work.
intels datasheet doesnt get updated, so if more advanced memory modules are released they might work.
in my example i had a box with a celeron n5105 which officially supported only 16gb (since there were no bigger modules available at the time of the cpu-release), but ran with 64gb just fine.
so 4gb will work for sure, bigger modules will be trial and error.

And those are the 1.5v PC3, not the 1.35v PC3L SODIMM's, right?
I think I'm going to try these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081G6915N/ref=ewc_pr_img_1?smid=A36LJUD1N9XB5G&th=1
My endgame is to play with UnRAID on the 314 and see how it works. Put it through its paces (disk adds, replacements upgrades and see how well it works.

A bit late but maybe it'll help others. This is what's inside my RN314: 1.5 V, DDR3
