4GB SODIMM for ReadyNAS 316 and 314
I'd like to upgrade the memory in these two units, but have been unable to find what the SODIMM specs are. For some reason, my DIMM (in the 314) has no label, and my 316 is a busy boy and I can't sh...
And those are the 1.5v PC3, not the 1.35v PC3L SODIMM's, right?

My endgame is to play with UnRAID on the 314 and see how it works. Put it through its paces (disk adds, replacements upgrades and see how well it works.
