The ?? means that the system doesn't know what drive is causing the root problem.
pending sector count of 114 and offline uncorrectable of 38 (drive 1) is not ok. Pending sectors are sectors that couldn't be read. (similar to reallocated sectors - but since it was a read, there was no point in reallocating). If it were me, I'd replace that drive.
Also keep an eye on the hard disk resets (135 on each). Not sure what is causing them - it could be the other issues issues reported with drive 1, or it could be something else.
BTW, since you have SSH installed, you should periodically check OS partition fullness.
