Antivirus scanner found threat, but cannot find file

I have my readyNas setup to send me email alerts on warning, errors, etc.  I have been getting hundreds of emails saying the anitvirus scanner found a threat (the threats are different, mostly various Win.Trojan.Agents)...the errors show the file to be /job_001/*.* many different files, many different subdirectories.  The files themselves  are all on another windows server.  I use the readyNAS to back up the windows server (they do not have the /job_001/ part of the name... instead the path would be the windows server name.

I have several questions...

  1. I cannot find /job_001/ on the ReadyNAS to delete the indicated files.  How do I delete the files specified in the /job_001/ directory.
  2. I am use to Windows based Antivirus software that quarantines suspecious files and lets you delete them directly from the antivirus software.  Does the ReadyNAS software allow for this?  How do you get to the anitvirus software?
  3. These messages started very soon after the anitvirus update on the readyNAS over the weekend.  I find it suspicious because the windows server has these files on it and no virus has been detected on them at any point.  I have rerun the virus detection many times. Is it possible there is an error in the antivirus definition file that was updated?  Most of the files are I386 .MU_ files, which I am guessing are compacted operating systems from an old computer I had; this server I am backing up to the readyNAS was itself used, in part, as a backup server.  Is it possible, the ReadyNAS antivirus software is erroneously ready these as containing viruses?
