are readynas nv+ and NETGEAR RN10400-100AJS ReadyNAS 104 compatible

My READYNAS NV+ has failed to start I wish to buy a NETGEAR RN10400-100AJS ReadyNAS 104 will it be compatible with the 4x2tb disk array from the NV+ so I can save my data. I managed to get the NAS up once since it first failed and it checked all disks so OK and I could see the files. Then it closed down without my help and I have been unable to get it up again. Help

If you purchase a 104 and contact support they could discuss with you what options there are for attempting to recover your data. There may be a charge for this attempt. They would advise you. if so.

You would need to somewhere your data could be backed up to e.g. a USB disk.

You can't simply move your disks across as the OS, RAID format and filesystem are different.
