Contact cap1 to see if you can get a free Replicate licence for your Pro if you wish to keep running it on 4.2.26.
The fastest way to copy stuff across would be via ordinary backup jobs (not Replicate) directly NAS to NAS. Perhaps using NFS or Rsync.
