I was referring to Reallocated sectors count. UDMA CRC Error Count could be an issue with the drive's SATA circuitry or connector, but it could also be related to the circuitry/connector in the NAS.

Seagate does allow you to return drives that pass seatools, by manually entering codes saying that you know from other tools that the drive is bad. Though with this error, it might be a stretch.
