Can I Remove 4 raid disk and replace in another ReadyNas (same model)

You can move the disks to any OS-6 ReadyNAS (with the NAS powered down). Note that if the replacement NAS is running different firmware, the boot loader will compare the versions. If the RN3130 was running an older version of 6.10.x, the OS on the disks will be upgraded to the version in the new ReadyNAS flash. If the RN3130 was running a newer version of 6.10.x, the OS in the flash will be upgraded to the version on the disks.
If you haven't used the replacement NAS in a while, you might want to do an installation with a scratch (spare) disk first in slot one. Then upgrade the firmware as desired. You also might want to make sure all the bays are functioning - you can do that by moving the scratch disk to each bay (NAS powered down), and making sure the NAS boots.

j'ai le même soucis sur readynas nv+ rnd 4000.
L'OS est Raidiator 4.1.16.
je peux également remettre les 3 disks dans un nouveau NAS NV+ RND 4000 sans perdre les données ?

I have the same concerns on readynas nv + rnd 4000. The OS is Raidiator 4.1.16. I can also put the 3 disks back into a new NV + RND 4000 NAS without losing the data?

Thanks !Yes, if you actually have a new RND4000 v1 NAS that runs 4.1.16. There is a similar looking v2 that is not compatible.
The original (v1) NV+
- runs 4.1.x firmware
- says NV+ on the front panel
- has other labels that might say v2 or v3
The NV+ v2
- runs 5.3.x firmware
- says NV+ v2 on the front panel
Create a test volume using a single spare (scratch) disk first. It needs to be <= 2 TB in size. Upgrade the firmware to 4.1.16 if it is running something older. Then make sure the NAS boots up with the test disk in each bay. Then power down, and put in your 3 disks (w/o the test disk).
