cant enter tech support mode on readynas dui v1

Hi and thanks for the reply. Yes doing that and got in after entering user snd pass. but don’t know what to enter now to unlock the hard disks.
Just trying a factory reset with both supposed bad disks in and will leave overnight. Any idea though what commands I use in tech support mode to j lock the hdd?

It should be
hdparm --security-unlock NETGEAR /dev/sdx
of course using the correct drive for sdx
