can't get onto the admin page of my ReadyNAS Ultra 4
Have a ReadyNAS which haven't done any administrative tasks for a long time (but have been using it as network drive).
Tried to get onto the admin page (HTTP://192.168.1.152/admin) and got error "
192.168.1.152 uses an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH". Did some research and see that it doesn't work with latest browsers.
I installed old firefox 94.0.2, but when I try to connect to the admin page it gives me "The connection has timed out" instead...
I can ping the NASReady IP no problem, and the http://192.168.1.152/shares/ opens ok (on both old firefox and newer chrome), just the /admin page would time out. Any advice? TIA...

Use current FireFox and set security.tls.version.min to 1 (browse to about:config and search for the setting).
The "connection timed out" error is often caused by internet security or anti-virus software blocking the connection. So disable any of those packages and try again.
Once you regain access, there are other options.
The Ultra 4 can be converted to run OS-6 firmware. Alternatively, there is an add-on you can install that will add TLS 1.2 support:
