haw do I regain access and contron of my NAS on my network. what happens to my stored data on the NAS if I press the backup button on the front

Do you know what caused you to lose access?
- Did you simply forget the NAS admin password?
- Change routers?
- Something else?
Also, it would be good to confirm the platform.
- What firmware is running on the NAS?
- Does the NAS say Duo v2 on the front panel Or does it say Duo? Please ignore other labels.
