Est-il possible de lire directement de la musique sur mon ReadyNAS 214 (24 To) OS 6.8.0 à partir d'un iphone 7 (accès possible par WiFi) ? Et si oui, comment ?

Try plex (on the NAS and the phone).
ReadyDLNA can also be used if you install a DLNA app.
The iTunes server won't work.

I've an iphone 7 recent, a ReadyNAS 214 with 4 X 6 To HD, and a PC windows 7.

Plex is an app you'd install on both the NAS and the iphone. It supports both audio and video. http://plex.tv/
