Decoding light display #26661331

Today I managed to reboot my new ReadyNAS thanks to help from a Netgear Tech Support adviser. I stuck a needle in a small reset hole in the back of the ReadyNAS, pressed the on/off button and, at the same time, pushed in the power prong - and it worked!  Before the reboot the on/off switch blinked between blue and off. After the reboot the on/off switch shone a steady blue without blinking. For a while the two Disk LEDs also shone but they went off.  I couldn't do anything useful to me with this brand new machine. Then all of a sudden there is a mysterious change.

The on/off switch went off - maybe because I tried to press it twice in response to a Netgear advice page. I am left with two shining LEDs. The disk activity LED is shining bright and the disk 1 LED is also shining.

I don't know what to make of this. I do wish to use this hardware for Plex but right now I find ReadyNAS to be very perplexing.

Am using Windows 10 but feel Ubuntu would be easier
