Detected increasing uncorrectable error count - Not in logs, only email notification.
ReadyNAS 104 6.10.8 I am getting email notifications denoting: "Detecting increasing uncorrectable error count" but it is not showing up in the logs. Why not in the logs? Did I make a mist...
Have you tried downloading the log zip file, and checking disk_info.log?
If you are comfortable with ssh, you can also run smartctl.

The disk_info log shows that disk 1 has uncorrectable sector count of 296. The other three disks show 0. This is what was in the email the NAS sent to me. So there is consistency.... but why doesn't this show up in the logs page? This is important.

I agree, and would certainly replace the disk.
