That is a large number, have you also checked on Smart history/Disk Smart log if it has increased on multiple occasions? It would be best if you replace it as soon as possible instead of waiting for it to fail if it is steadily increasing. IMO, it would be safe to replace the disks if there are signs like this.
You can always check status.log, disk_info.log, smart_history.log or Disk_smart.log.

The unit reports the drive as healthy, should I RMA it?
I have just done the diagnostics test today and the last test I did was 12/12/19 with a result of
2019-12-12 09:44:58: BTRFS: error (device md126) in btrfs_commit_transaction:2241: errno=-5 IO failure (Error while writing out transaction)
I have 4x10TB drives installed and DISK 1 and 2 are JBOD and DISK 3 and 4 are RAID 0

The btrfs errors can possibly be due to the disk errors you posted but your JBOD and RAID-0 volumes are not protected. It would be best to have a full backup of every volume you have so in case of failure you can make sure you have no to minimal data loss.
I would suggest to RMA the disk once you have full backup of your data.

I would. I keep a close eye on any disk that starts showing any reallocated or pending sectors, and I get a replacement before the combined count reaches 25 or so.
Though I usually purchase a new disk for the NAS, and either keep the recertified RMA as an emergency spare, or use it somewhere else. That might be a bit paranoid, but I've always been a bit skeptical on recertified electronics.
