The unit reports the drive as healthy, should I RMA it?
I have just done the diagnostics test today and the last test I did was 12/12/19 with a result of
2019-12-12 09:44:58: BTRFS: error (device md126) in btrfs_commit_transaction:2241: errno=-5 IO failure (Error while writing out transaction)
I have 4x10TB drives installed and DISK 1 and 2 are JBOD and DISK 3 and 4 are RAID 0

The btrfs errors can possibly be due to the disk errors you posted but your JBOD and RAID-0 volumes are not protected. It would be best to have a full backup of every volume you have so in case of failure you can make sure you have no to minimal data loss.
I would suggest to RMA the disk once you have full backup of your data.

Great. You'll need to destroy the volume before you remove the disk, and then recreate if after you install the new one. After that you'll need to set up the shares on that volume again, and restore the data from the backup.

Thanks, I have taken out DISK1 and transferred it to DISK4 and now transferring 8TB to NAS from PC. 23 hours to go.
I have run Diagnostics again and now it reports
Successfully completed diagnostics
System
No errors found.
Logs
2020-01-02 10:32:07: BTRFS: error (device md127) in btrfs_commit_transaction:2241: errno=-5 IO failure (Error while writing out transaction)
2020-01-02 10:31:28: BTRFS: error (device md125) in cleanup_transaction:1864: errno=-5 IO failure
2020-01-02 10:31:27: BTRFS: error (device md125) in btrfs_commit_transaction:2241: errno=-5 IO failure (Error while writing out transaction)I tried naming a volume "Media" but it gave me a error saying name already reserverd, so changed it to something else and proceeded ok, not sure if these BTRFS errors are releated.
Otherwise I added DISK1 to DISK4 then destroyed DISK1 (empty) and destroyed DISK 3&4 and created new RAID0, but not as you suggested beforehand, I want DISK 3&4 as a large volume (20TB) for all my TV-Shows
Is there a way I can completely delete all log file information?
