Yes. And when the power actually fails they all end up with notifications in the logs.

Are you sure your two remotely monitored NAS are actually being monitored by the UPS? In RAIDar, are the UPS lights all green? With two NAS (one physically connected to the UPS and one being remotely monitored), I had to configure both NAS for this to work. Here is how I've configured for one remotely monitored NAS, followed for two units.
I’ll refer to the unit physically connected as NAS-P and the other units to be remotely managed as NAS-R1, NAS-R2, …
----- One unit remotely managed -----
=> On NAS-R1:
- Check "Enable monitoring of UPS physically attached to a remote ReadyNAS"
- Enter remote IP of NAS-P.
=> On NAS-P:
- Check "Enable network monitoring of attached UPS"
- For "Hosts allowed access", enter the IP address NAS-R1
----- Two units remotely managed -----
=> On NAS-R1 and NAS-R2:
- Check "Enable monitoring of UPS physically attached to a remote ReadyNAS"
- Enter remote IP of NAS-P.
=> On NAS-P:
- Check "Enable network monitoring of attached UPS"
- For "Hosts allowed access", enter the domain/subnet (for me - 192.168.1.0/255.255.254.0) for your network. It will convert to 192.168.1.0/nn.
(I had assumed I’d just need to list the IPs of NAS-R1 and of NAS-R2, with some deliminater between them but that is not allowed).
Green lights on all units under RAIDar and success-emails from units.

Thanks Steve. I don't know why this didn't work for me previously.
I tried multiple times, but no green lights for UPS in RAIDar for the monitoring units. Once I entered the subnet info in the "Hosts allowed access" field, it worked. And now, if I remove the entry, it still works!
So, what is purpose of the "Hosts allowed access" field for UPS?

Good question. The user manual for 4.1.x doesn't say.
One could guess that if it were set, that only the IP addresses entered would be allowed to monitor the UPS settings. But that is just a guess.
I've never set it.
