Email hyperlinks to videos on RN 104
I have several people that work remotely but upload large video files to an ftp share on my ReadyNAS 104. I would like to create individual hyperlinks to these files so I can email them our to others ...

If people are connecting over the internet, then they need a domain name.
The easiest way to get one is to use a ddns service. Some have a limited free service.
Once you sign up, you can either configure your router to register with it (many routers have this feature), or you run an application on a PC. The on-going registration is required because your ISP will change your internet IP address from time to time.
Though if people are already using FTP for upload over the internet, they must be using a DNS name of some sort. That name would also work (take out the ftp part, and use https instead).
