Enabling FXP (Allowforeignaddress in proftpd not saving)

I'm trying to enable FXP on my ReadyNAS Ultra 2 on Ready OS 6.9.5.I was able to do it by editing the proftpd.conf on etc/proftpd but the next day after adding new shares, it got disabled.

I tried to edit the AllowForeignAddress again and set it to ON however, upon reboot for the new configuration to take place, it reverts back to OFF.

Is there a way to avoid this so I can enable FXP again? Or maybe how to restart the proftpd without rebooting?
