Fastest cpu options for RNDP6000-100NAS
I just upgraded bios to 2010 version for old RNDP6000.
I got a cheap E7600 2.6ghz running. Can I go faster, and if so what options?

That should be a 3.06GHz CPU, and it;s the fastest dual-core you can use. None of the faster 1333MHz FSB chips in the Wolfdale family will work.
Some have gone with a quad-core, which will give more throughput without being "faster". But they have a higher TDP, so you need to be mindful of CPU cooling. There is no room for a bigger cooler unless you cut a hole in the side of the case.
