File Dates ReadyNAS214
Synchronising; the file dates are the moment of synchronisation rather than the original file creation date.
How can I to set it to synchronise with the original file creation date/time

Is it regarding ReadyCloud sync using the Mobile app? If it is, you may want to try to install the latest version found here:

Thanks Marc, I am just syncing a PC folder (Dell) in a remote location to my ReadyCloud which is elsewhere.
Not mobile.
