File Transfer Problems

About a week ago i started having problems transferring any files from a windows 10 computer to my readynas drive.  All are hard wired in and below is what i have done to try and correct the issue.  ...

You can't copy files in either direction?  But you are seeing them in File Explorer?

    Thanks for you response.  Amazingly when i sat down to work on the problem tonight it started working again.
