Firmware update results in ufsd_sync_volume +60
While updating to newest firmware as prompted by the system, the unit downloaded, rebooted, came back up and was visable to Windows 10, but did not mount my external usb drives or provide access via ...

It looks like the RN104 has crashed. So you can just pull the plug, disconnect the USB devices, and then try powering up again. Alternatively if you hold down the power button, the system should forceably shut down after a few seconds.
You might need to "repair" the USB drives by connecting them to a PC before the system will recognize them again.

Thanks a ton! Got back up and running. Proble appears to be an eSata disc also attached to the system. After removing the 2-USB drives and the eSata drive, the R104 booted cleanly. I then hot plugged in the 2-USB drives, and they mounted properly, but when I applied power to the eSata drive, it did not mount, and the R104 would not reboot until the eSata drive was powered down. Guess I will remove the eSata drive and attempt to repair it from within Windows. Thanks again for the help, at least the R104 and it's two critical backup drives is now functioning.
