    It looks like the RN104 has crashed.  So you can just pull the plug, disconnect the USB devices, and then try powering up again.  Alternatively if you hold down the power button, the system should forceably shut down after a few seconds.

     

    You might need to "repair" the USB drives by connecting them to a PC before the system will recognize them again.
