You can, of course, just use the admin credentials to access the shares. But if you prefer not to (and there are some reasons not to), you can use your admin access to the GUI to simply change the password for the user name you want to use to something you'll now remember. There are not separate passwords for different shares, per se. Access is by user. Each user has permissions to read or write to specific shares. If you are using a personal share, then only the user who owns it and admin have rights in it.

Hi ive tried to use my admin user name and password to get into shares but wont let me , also dont have any users , as it was just to be used as a family storage drive so all shares are disabled with no paqsswords
but still cant get in

Are you still using "Share" access control instead of "User"? That was depreciated long ago in OS updates, in large part because of problems with Windows 10. But if you chose it long ago, it still remains until you change to "User", then "Share" is no longer an option.
If that is the case, you should consider changing to User access mode. I suspect your problem will go away.
