FXP support (toggle of AllowForeignAddress in proftpd)
Would be nice to have this as a togglable option as to not need to enable SSH to modify it. Details: http://www.proftpd.org/docs/howto/FXP.html
FXP currently works if you change the AllowForeignAddress to "on". It requires you to use FTP on a different port than 21 however
