Growing SMART Errors

Yes, we have our NAS backed up to an external HD thankfully.
It looks like the errors started in mind-July. All of the disk lights were on, but I checked Disk 2 to make sure that was the one that Netgear sent us. I can now get back into Nas, but now the disk 2 light isn't on. So I am currently running a RAID Sync that is expected to finish in a little over an hour.
We can access the other share folders, too.
