If you are using XRAID you should be able to access the volume (even if it is no longer redundant).
41 bad sectors is a bit below Netgear's normal threshold for replacement, but it is concerning, especially since the count is growing. Personally I would probably get a replacement now, rather than wait.
Is disk-2 still installed? One option is to test it with SeaTools in a PC. The long-generic test would scan every sector, and could flush out more errors. The long write test is actually better at that, but it is destructive. In my experience, those tests often raise the count enough to cross Seagate's failure thresholds (which are higher than I am comfortable with).
