Thanks, Stephen. Do you know what their replacement threshold is off hand? I'm going to research this as well. I'll see if they will send me a replacement anyway, since it's the one that they sent my office.
I still have disk 2 installed in Nas. To use SeaTools, would I need to install the disk onto another computer? I've only learned about SeaTools today during my research of this problem.
