Help. After I replace 1 hard drive for the RN104, the volume is inactive or dead....
can I solve it?
I have put back the old disk in again

You can't put the old drive back in because it's out of sync with the others. The usual cause of this is that another drive has failed during the re-sync of the volume with the new one, which is why making a backup before expanding is recommended. Are there entries in the log that give more infoirmation?
Did you make a backup before doing the drive swap?
