Help upgrading ReadyNas Ultra 2 Plus memory

With. Though you can do it with only one drive installed - avoiding the resync.
Thanks everyone, with your help I have:
- Upgraded the Memory from stock 1 gig DDR3 to 2GB DDR3/DDR3L PC3-12800
- Updated the BIOS/ moved to ReadyNAS OS6
- Added 2 4TB 5400 RPM CMR WD Red drives
- Purchased a new powersupply
The device is up and running and I'm currently restoring settings and then will transfer the data from my HTPC back to the NAS
