Home Directory
I am new to this so bare with me. I want to be able to have 2 different ReadyCLOUD accounts be able to log into the NAS. Is that possible? Would each account get its own Home Directory?

Hello Madcow68,
Yes, each account gets its own Home folder. The home folder will be available only to the owner of the home folder and to the main ReadyCloud (myNetgear) account that has admin rights when getting to readycloud.netgear.com.

This is not working.
The second home folder does not show up but when I try to create a shared folder for the person it tells me if I continue the home folder will be disabled.
There are obviously issues here buit it is a joke I have to keep jacking back and forth thru a dumb email instead of getting someone on the phone and getting ti figured out right away.
Now I see why so many people get frutrated with Netgears support or the lack there of.

Whenever I try and confirm the account that isn’t working I get a message that says:
Confirmation email is invalid. You might have requested a new confirmation which invalidates the original.

Hello Madcow68,
It is best if you get to support center so they will walk you through via remote session.
I checked your profile and found that you have a ReadyNAS 200 series, is this what you are having trouble with? Did you try getting to http://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx and enter the right serial number of your NAS? This will show you the support channels you can get for this product and give you the support center contact number and chat support portal.
