How do I migrate the discs (and data) in my failed ReadyNas Pro Pioneer (6 bay) to a new 516 series

My PrioneerPro 6 bay NAS (with no error messages and all discs reporting as functioning without error) will not come on after being shut down for 2 weeks (and of course no secondary backup).  If I purchase a new 516 series unit what is the proceedure for moving the discs and data from the dead unit to the new one?
