how do I read data from a removed Duo V2 disk
I just updated my ReadyNAS Duo V2 to dual 2TB red disks, removing a 1TB Barracuda. It occurred to me that this was a good opportunity to test ReadyNAS data recovery, using the Barracuda. I put the 1TB...
I would use http://www.ext2fsd.com/ and try mounting the disk in Windows. There are also multiple different utilities to recover data, TestDisk should work fine on a single RAID1 member.
