The disks in the Duo v2 use the EXT4 filesystem. The process is quite different to what is used for the Duo (v1) units. There is no need for fuseext2 as the Duo v2 uses the standard 4k block size.
You would need to start the RAID using mdadm (you may need to install this via apt-get), do a vgscan, vgchange -ay etc.
