how to free up space without deleting snapshots

Sorry for "backup" expression, i meant the mirror disc as you understood it good. :)
Backup is not a problem, i also have daily backups to another (older) nas.
I used to have the quota checkbox checked, now i turned it off, and also balanced the disks but no more space available then.
I don't understand that how can't i see the used space for snapshots, just the "available space and used space" unless i deleted 30% of the used space by those raw videos. Those should be only in the "snapshots".
But i see the same "1,2TB" used and no space indicated for snapshots as before deleting those.

You can't see the used space for snapshots because you turned off quota. So turn that back on.

I turned it on again yesterday and still nothing.

If you still aren't, then try rebooting the NAS.

Thanks but still nothing.
Reboot and balance done, and still the same as the picture. Firmware is the latest too.
Any idea?
