Hello, I got the above OfficeJet 8500, everything ...accept the "network filling" or scanning to the network folder works fine. Every time, I am trying to scan to network folder the printer creates ...
Please see thread entitled "Duo compatibility with Officejet network scanning?", and consider opening a tech support case referencing that thread and case # contained therein. With pallets of these printers at every Costco, the issue is only going to get bigger. Thanks.
