HP Officejet 8500 "network filling" ready NAS Duo problem.
Hello, I got the above OfficeJet 8500, everything ...accept the "network filling" or scanning to the network folder works fine. Every time, I am trying to scan to network folder the printer creates ...
I did called Netgear support, but I was told that mine Ready NAS waranty expired and I have to pay $75 to get tech support. Maybe they did not understand me or it is just $75 they want ... I am not entirely sure, but what am I sure about is the fact, that I am not paying that money to get tech support, because like you said, Costco is full of these printers and the issue with the network scanning will get bigger if someone will not create some sort of update or just patch.
