HP officejet 8600 Plus causes Ready Nas Duo V1 to disconnect
Any ideas most welcome! I have just bought and installed an HP Officejet 8600 Plus all-in-one scanner/printer. It works a treat, but . . . as soon as I connect it to my router, my Ready Nas disconne...
I have an HP Officejet Pro 8500 and have never had a problem. I have however my NAS units for the most part set high in the range (201, 202, etc) and the printer is DHCP. However, I have also run Netgear routers (currently WDNR3700 which replaced a WDNR2000 back in June).
Since you have the printer set to a static IP, I would try to set a static IP on the Duo as well and see if that helps. If not, I would contact the support people at Draytek and see if they can help.
