Hi Bran_Scone,
Welcome to the Community!
May I know the model number of your ReadyNAS device?
The OS partition of your NAS is full based on the error that you got. One of the common causes is 3rd party apps that are installed on that said partition. Do you have any apps that you have installed using SSH?
Also, if your NAS is an RN100 series, there was an issue before on those models wherein the anti-virus is causing an excessive usage of the root partition.
It will be best if you contact NETGEAR support so they can check what caused the full OS partition and free it up for you as well. Please do note that you will need to pay for the support if the device is already out of support warranty.
If you are also comfortable in accessing the NAS via SSH, you may also do that and check what is causing the full OS partition.

Over time, the Antivirus service has taken more and more memory, and the RN100 series no longer has the ability to run it. It was actually removed from the RN100s in 6.9.x firmware - but your firmware is very old, and of course it wasn't removed.
The full root partition likely is the result of the AV service becoming unstable - we've seen that in many systems here.
As JohnCM_S says, paid Netgear support can take care of this for you. If you are ok with ssh, we can point you to instructions. But if you aren't familar with it already, you are better off using support.
