I cant acsess setup of my RNDU4000 Raidrar 4.3.8 Firmwire 4.2.31

Hi Pleace help me. This site can’t provide a secure connection xx.xx.xx.xx uses an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH I cant acsess setup.

Very recently, several browsers (including Chrome and Edge) dropped support for TLS 1.0 - which is needed to access your older NAS.

 

Are you running Windows?  If so, see if Internet Explorer is installed.  It can still access the NAS.  Browse to https://nas-ip-address/admin - where nas-ip-address is the IP address of the NAS.
