Issue with Web Link form ReadyCloud

Hi,   Trying to create Web Link for file from ReadyCloud (mob app) but the end user cannot see (download) the file.Says the requested resource does not exist.   Any ideas ?   Thank you,     ...

Hi shakiri,

 

Just tried this on an Apple iOS device with the latest ReadyCLOUD app and it worked just fine. Could you tell us the firmware of your Android device and the version of the ReadyCLOUD app installed?

Hi Brian,

 

Android version 5.1.1 (lolipop) and ReadyCLOUD application version is 1.2.7

    Most of us here have tested this on multiple platforms and all seems fine. I suggest that you report this to the support team and have your ticket forwarded to the Engineering department.
