Itune server
I have enabled the itune server and also enable network access on share folder.
But still i cannot see the library on itunes.
Please help.

What ReadyNAS model are you using? What version of firmware? Also, where or what share are you accessing?

With OS 6.6.0
I was trying to access a shar folder named - Media .
I was trying to access it on itune app from my surface pro 4 ( window 10 ).

Hi Krishgrad,
I see, I was thinking that you might have been using your home folder for the iTunes location.
Say, you are just accessing the ReadyNAS shares? Do you have access to it?
Also, I noticed that the BETA firmware has an included release regarding iTunes ([Beta 1] Added automatic recovery of bad iTunes server media databases). Although I cannot guarantee that it will fix it, you could try this or if not; wait for the official release.
