Largest capacity drive in RN316 / RN Ultra 6?
I've got a ReadyNAS 316, 6.9.2, with a mix of 8TB/12TB drives, and a ReadyNAS Ultra 6, 6.10.5, with a mix of 4TB/8TB drives. For future drive swaps, I am considering 16TB (Seagate Ironwolf). I ca...

Should I expect the 16TB drives to work, and will I see the full capacity, or is there some limit I am going to hit (either on an individual drive, or in total)?
There is no known capacity limit, and there are folks here using 16 and 18 TB drives in OS-6 NAS. You should see full capacity, as long as you have two of the largest size installed (assuming single redundancy RAID). You'd need 4 of the largest size if you are using dual redundancy (RAID-6).
FWIW, the 16 TB Ironwolf is on Netgear's compatibility list for your NAS. Though the HCL is viewed more as a guide now - any CMR NAS-purposed or Enterprise SATA drive should work.

Thanks for the quick reply - I should have just checked the HCL!
Last time I looked for the HCL it didn't look like it had been updated in a while, maybe I wasn't referencing the latest revision or something.
Thanks again.
