RND4PSU1-10000s is the part number.
Can still find it at some sellers in the US.
A 3rd party PSU would have to be rewired to work: http://www.readynas.com/download/archive/pdf/ReadyNAS_PSU_pinout.pdf
3rd party PSU may not fit in the chassis and attempting to rewire it correctly would be done at your own risk.
Another option is to get a new ReadyNAS e.g. RN314 and follow the procedure here: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29876/~/readynas%3A-migrating-disks-from-raidiator-4.1-or-raidiator-5.3-to-readynas-os-6
