Lexmark E320

Can anyone get their Lexmark E320 to print from a ReadyNAS NV+ using a mac running Mavericks. I can print directly from the mac but if I attach the printer to my ready NAS so my laptop pcs can print to it ( which does work) my mac can no longer print to it.
