Looking for a Networking Switch

All,

I'm in the market for a 16 (or 24 port) gigabit ethernet networking switch with the following capabilities:

1. compatibility with my ReadyNAS (w/ jumbo frame support)
2. compatibility with Mac hardware (gigabit ethernet ports on Macbook Pro and iMac)
3. rackmountable (will live in a A/V Home Theater rack - preferably switch comes with a rack mount kit)
4. because of the A/V application looking for something that doesn't sound like a jet engine (fan less or very quiet fan operation preferred)
5. [optionally] ability to monitor it from an iPhone or iPad app

Any recommendations?
